Over 240 years of service excellence

The firm dates back to the very origins of the quantity surveying profession. It was founded by Thomas West, circa 1780, who was then joined by the first George Corderoy in 1790.

The firm has now traded continuously as an independent, privately owned practice for over 240 years.

We value our longstanding reputation for service excellence, built around three pillars – People; Process; and Systems.
