We recognise that our greatest asset is our people and it is the continuing aim of the practice to maintain our high level of staff retention and encourage high calibre staff to join us.

We are committed to a safety orientated and wellbeing culture, and have processes in place that follow the recommendations of both the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Investors in People organisations.

We encourage and support staff to achieve Chartered or other professional status. Education support is provided to staff members who demonstrate an aptitude towards specialisms, including those undertaking dispute resolution/legal support and project management services. Additional qualifications such as a degree in Law, diploma in Arbitration, or higher degree in Construction Management are actively encouraged to achieve career progression in these fields.

Continuing Professional Development is also encouraged for all members of staff in order that skills are up-to-date and in line with current best practice.
